The Province of Ontario has committed $43 million to construct a transit hub at the corner of King and Victoria Streets in downtown Kitchener.

The Transit Hub will connect ION, GRT, GO, VIA, pedestrians and cyclists in one convenient location. It will also include space for transit amenities as well as offices, stores, condos and apartments.

GO also introduced a new express bus service running all day between Kitchener and the Bramalea GO Station in Brampton, making it easier to connect
