Find your bearings and LEED the way with this state of the art, industrial facility.

Purchased in 2016, the site at 307 Orenda Road, in Brampton, ON., was primed for redevelopment. At that time, investors and developers were confident in their plans to reconstruct a speculative building on the property due to its ideal size, location, and renowned logistics market. With a view to encourage the city’s economic growth and business advantages, construction on the Bramalea Logistics Centre got underway this past November. The state-of-the-art 341,130 sf distribution centre sits on a 15.2-acre site, and will feature 38’ clear height, over 50 loading docks with the ability to park 93 trailers.

Some highlights of the Bramalea Logistics Centre include:
• Convenient access to HWY 410, 407, and 427
• Located 5km from the CN Brampton Intermodal
• High dock ratio (1:6800 sf)
• Constructed using an energyefficient design
• Seeking Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification

Strategic Location for Logistics Success

One of the most important characteristics of a distribution centre is its location, and the City of Brampton has everything a logistical operation needs to be successful. The centre is strategically located near Toronto Pearson International Airport, and just minutes away from two of the largest freight transportation terminals in the country, CN & CP Intermodals. Furthermore, its proximity to the U.S. border makes Brampton an ideal place to conduct such a vast operation. As a result, the centre is able to capitalize on its location and optimize services for the quick and efficient delivery of goods to the marketplace.

Counting Down to Completion!

Already home to multiple industry leaders, Brampton serves as the perfect backdrop for Class-A distribution space in GTA West. Additionally, the facility is adjacent to some of the most popular amenities that will cater to both employee and visitor needs. The Bramalea Logistics Centre is scheduled for completion before the end of 2017.
